How a project runs, stage by stage
Every job follows the same four stages, so you always know what happens next and what it costs. Nothing is ordered until you have approved the layout in writing.
Survey and design
We visit, measure the site and talk through how you want to use it. You receive a layout proposal with the planting and material direction. Design work typically takes 5 to 10 working days from the survey, depending on the size of the plot.
Installation
Once the layout is signed off we schedule the work. Ground preparation comes first, then hard landscaping, then turf or seeding, then planting. Access, ground conditions and weather all affect the order in which things can be done.
Handover and aftercare
At handover you get a written note of what was installed and what it needs over the coming months. From there, maintenance can be arranged as scheduled visits or left with you.
Maintenance (optional)
Maintenance plans run per visit or per season. The schedule is reviewed as planting establishes and as the seasons change.
You can stop after design, or after installation. There is no requirement to take maintenance as part of the work.
