Names and contact details, the address of the site we are asked to look at, project information you give us, and correspondence about the work.
Why we process it
Under Article 6 of UK GDPR we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation and, where applicable, your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for 12 months. Project records are kept for the period required by our contract and by law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the suppliers we need to run the business — email, accounting and payment services.
International transfers
Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to service@deveron.services.
